Gently restore your energy, settle your nervous system, and resource yourself from the inside out as the year turns towards its darkest point, in this breathwork led group journey.
19th November, 3rd December and 17th December, 6pm GMT.
One booking covers all three sessions.
The group is limited to 12 people, to keep it intimate and nourishing.
If you’re arriving at the end of the year tired, depleted or running on empty. If the shorter days are asking you to slow down, but life keeps asking for more. If you’re longing to meet winter feeling steady, nourished and quietly full, rather than stretched thin.
ReSource is an invitation to turn inward with the season. Not to push through the darkness, but to rest in it, and to let your system refill at its own pace.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about creating the conditions for your body, heart and mind to settle, replenish and gather strength for the new cycle ahead.
What you can expect to experience over the three weeks:
Feeling calmer and more settled in your body
Less stress and nervous system reactivity
More energy and inner reserves going into the festive season
A greater capacity to rest without guilt
Emotional steadiness through the darker months
A felt sense of being resourced, grounded and connected to yourself and the world around you
This work puts regulation first, so your natural vitality can return by itself.
What’s included:
Three live, guided breathwork sessions (90 minutes each), held weekly on Zoom
A simple practice to return to between sessions
Weekly integration guidance
A small, supportive group
Session replays (available for a limited time)
What’s deliberately not included:
No mindset coaching
No business or life strategy
No daily homework
No pressure to share
No forcing, fixing or pushing
ReSource is about filling the well, not improving yourself.
Rebirthing Breathwork Rebirthing Breathwork brought the power of the breath to the world in the 1970s. Its core technique is conscious connected breathing, the same technique used in many healing and transformational breathwork approaches today. Over the three sessions, you’ll be taught the technique and supported to use it to rest, restore and replenish. You’ll leave with a simple practice you can come back to on your own whenever winter asks you to refill.
Gentle release We might remember difficult experiences with our minds, but true release happens through the body. Animals in the wild instinctively shake to discharge stress after escaping danger. We need ways to let go of what builds up in our systems too, especially at the end of a long year. When that stress stays held, it can drain our energy and make it hard to feel present, affecting us mentally, physically and emotionally. You’ll be gently guided to use simple, effective release techniques to let go of stress, tiredness and held emotion, always at a pace that feels right for you. The focus is on creating space to refill, not on digging deeper than you’re ready for.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Internal Family Systems offers a powerful and compassionate way to understand yourself. At its heart is the idea that we’re made up of many inner “parts”, each with its own voice, story and good intention, even when they seem to pull in different directions. At this time of year, some parts may be longing for rest while others keep pushing on. You’ll learn gentle ways to listen to them, building trust, understanding and a sense of inner harmony as you move into winter.
Somatic practices Embodiment is key to lasting change. One of the core practices we explore is interoception: the ability to sense and feel from the inside out. Through somatic practices and gentle movement, you’ll deepen your capacity to listen within, whether in stillness or in motion. You’ll be guided to tune into the subtle signals of your body, so it can become a trusted ally in knowing when to rest, when to move and what you need to feel resourced.
Shamanic healing Shamanism is a way of reconnecting with life: with nature, spirit and the unseen forces that shape our world. Rooted in ancient traditions across many cultures, it offers timeless tools for understanding our place in the greater web of life, and for honouring the turning of the seasons. In our sessions, I draw on shamanic healing practices I’ve learned from teachers in Siberia, Northern Europe, Asia and the Americas. They help hold a safe, sacred space for releasing mental, emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual blocks, and for calling in the deep nourishment of winter.
