Breathing & Moving into presence
Movement practices support you come into relationship with your body and to experience being embodied. To embody is literally to be in the body, to be in direct relationship with our physical body, our feelings, and emotions.
When we bring movement and awareness to our bodies and also to our hearts and minds, we awaken to parts of us that have been shut down and come into a deeper relationship with ourselves and each other. This is a powerful path to truly stepping into our greatest potentials in life, as we can release many of the old patterns, emotions, and beliefs that have been stored in our system and open to new possibilities.
I’m an Ecstatic Dance DJ as well as long time DJ having begun DJing on a pair of Technics 1210 turntables 30 years ago as a teenager in the 1990’s when the dance music sense was moving quickly as technology evolved, and the underground music scene started to become mainstream. In case you’ve not heard of it Ecstatic Dance world wide music-led free-form barefoot, non-verbal conscious dance practice that connects dancers to themselves and each other in a safe and supportive space.
Elemental Journey
These journeys weave through multiple genres, tempos, and feeling tones in the music connected to each Element: EARTH, WATER, FIRE & AIR.
These mixes also include my facilitation for the first 15 minutes to support you to drop into your body, connect with the earth and harness the power of your breath.
21-Day Reset Journeys
These journeys weave through multiple genres, tempos, and feeling tones in the music connected to each area of focus in the program: MIND, HEART & BODY.
These mixes don’t include my facilitation at the beginning but you can listen to that as well if you’d like with the 13 minute self-practice below.
This is a 13 minute guided self practice with a focus on your EMBODIMENT. It's a great practice to do before dancing to any of my mixes or as a practice on it's own.
This is a space to let your body, heart, and mind lead you in movement. Expressing anything that needs to be expressed in the dance as well as resourcing and nourishing yourself. It's not about moving, dancing, or looking a certain way, it's about letting your body guide you.
There's no right or wrong... Just relax, let go and... Enjoy!
Whilst moving, dancing and breathing ask yourself "How does my body feel, how does my body want to breathe and move?" And then let your body move and dance!
Here’s some guidance to support you to get the most out of these dance journeys. Welcoming you to this dance with all it means to be you, just as you are.

Firstly be sure to have a clear area where you can dance.
There is a spacious beginning to warm up and Awaken the Dancer.
Then there are multiple deep dives into heavy basslines and multi-genre rhythms and flows.
Towards the end, the tempo comes down to support the integration and digestion of the journey.
At the end there are a few minutes of silence, this time is for you to receive the echo of the dance journey and fully land the medicine of you back in your body and life.
