Week 1: Mind
Update underlying belief systems that keep you hooked in ways of thinking and being that kept you stuck in outdated cycles of existence that no longer serve you, by rewiring your brain and realigning your inner orientation to clear the psyche of old patterns of perception that no longer serve you.
Week 2: Heart
Clarify your relationship with feelings and emotions so that they can serve your growth, healing, and evolution, rather than limit it by practicing a specific breathing technique that aligns your heart and mind, sharing gratitude and guided movement practices to deepen your body, heart, and mind connection.
Week 3: Body
Bring awareness to the body and combining the mind and heart practices to enliven the temple of your being. Re-membering through embodiment practices, breathwork, self-reflection, and community connection. Re-weaving your connection to your body and the web of life.
The program is designed to make doing the practices easy and accessible and not create more stress by requiring lots of time, but still give you great results. The key is consistency!
