Together we’ll go to the church of awakening on a Sunday morning in this beautiful, lush land of Koh Phangan. In allyship with all these magnificent elemental beings here.
We intend to support you to plug in fully to the unique connection of potent life force energy, insight, creativity, and power that is yours to receive.
Benjamin and Eliza are partners in life and work. They have been actively engaged in the fields of healing and
transformation for over 20 years. Benjamin is a Rebirthing Breathwork and Movement Medicine facilitator and created 'Embodied Breathwork' from a fusion of these two modalities. Eliza is a Voiceworker, Singer, and Healer. Their individual and shared work is embodied, shamanic, and trauma-informed.
The ancient breathwork technique Ben will guide you in is a simple, yet powerful way to move out of the linear mind, release limiting beliefs and emotions and free up the life force energy that was being used to hold them in place.
The music Eliza channels is created live in the moment, responding to and guiding the healing field we all co-create. She is known for her alchemical soundscapes and soul-whispering vocals.
Together Eliza and Ben are known to bring medicines of kindness, clarity, depth, potency and humour. They're both really looking forward to meeting all who are called.
This is their only offering on Koh Phangan this year.

During the Ceremony you will be guided through these 3 phases:
RESOURCE:
Bring awareness into your body and connect to the innate healing capacity within you that knows exactly what's ready to heal.
RELEASE:
Anything that limits you and is ready to move from the mental, physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels of your being.
RENEW:
This is where your system is given permission and time to settle. The space that has been created through the release can then be filled with clear, fresh, life-force energy to nourish and renew you from the inside out. And to bring inspiration for your life !
