I’m looking forward to holding these workshops for Pollen Tribe on the Darting Estate in Devon.
Workshop 1: EMBODIED BREATHWORK
2-3:30pm
Whether you have wanted to try breathwork but feel a bit intimidated by doing an entire day of it, or you are a seasoned breathwork professional, then this could be a good workshop for you.
Benjamin has a really relaxed and welcoming presence that invites a sense of ease for all levels of experience.
Meet at the Hex but we may well venture outside into the lush estate, weather permitted.
Workshop 2
MOVEMENT MEDICINE: Dance journey
3:45-5:45pm
Perfect as a follow up to the breathwork workshop, or equally good on it’s own.
We’ll be taking a journey through the roots, truck and branches of the Tree of Life. It’s a simple yet potent journey to connect you to the forces of nature inside and around you.

This is a community fund-supported event: half the tickets from the "Plants & Dance' series of events are offered at half price, with some others on a donation, or free basis.
As part of an ongoing mission to create more nectar rich habitat for pollinators, 10% of any profits raised will be put towards buying wildflower seeds.
