Elements of the Rebirth Program
Rebirthing Breathwork
Rebirthing Breathwork brought the power of the breath to the world in the 1970’s. It’s core technique is called conscious connected breathing, that is the same technique used in all healing and transformational healing modalites today.
During the program, you will be taught how to use the technique, supported to use it for self-healing, and once you are safe and confident, you will be empowered to use it on your own.
Healing Trauma
We might remember difficult experiences with our minds, but true release happens through the body. Like animals in the wild who instinctively shake to discharge stress after escaping danger, we too need ways to release what gets trapped in our systems.
Without this release, trauma can stay stuck impacting our ability to feel present, and affecting us mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Throughout the program, you’ll be gently guided and supported to use simple, effective trauma release techniques to let go of stress, blocked emotions, and held experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a powerful and compassionate way to understand yourself. At its heart is the idea that we’re made up of many inner “parts” each with its own voice, story, and good intention, even if those intentions sometimes feel out of sync.
During the program, you’ll learn gentle, empowering ways to connect with your parts—building trust, understanding, and inner harmony along the way.
Somatic Practices
Embodiment is key to lasting transformation.
One of the core practices we explore is interoception, this is the ability to sense and feel from the inside out. Through somatic practices and conscious movement, you’ll deepen your capacity to listen within, whether in stillness or gentle motion.
Throughout the program, you’ll be lovingly guided to use these practices to support your healing, tuning into the subtle signals of your body as a powerful ally in your transformation.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is a way of reconnecting with life, with nature, spirit, and the unseen forces that shape our world. Rooted in ancient traditions across cultures, it offers timeless tools for understanding our place in the greater web of life.
In our sessions, I draw on Shamanic Healing techniques I’ve learned from teachers in Siberia, Northern Europe, Asia, and the Americas. These practices help hold a safe, sacred space for the release of mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual blocks, supporting deep and lasting healing.
