A Medicine journey through dance, breath and voice, to revitalise your soul connection and resource your life, held in the magical place that is Kufunda Village, Zimbabwe.
This weekend is for you if you want to bring healing, aliveness and expression to your body, heart and voice !
We will open on Saturday morning with a Movement Medicine dance facilitated by Maiianne to awaken the dancer, drop into our bodies, and listen for our intentions for the ceremony in the afternoon.
Saturday afternoon will be a Rebirthing Breathwork ceremony led by Benjamin Tree and accompanied by live medicine music from Eliza Hope Kenyon. Rebirthing Breathwork is a potent, effective (and gentle when needed) way to release stagnant, blocked energy from all levels of your being. The live, responsive music is a deep support for your inner work.
On Sunday we will dance again together, we will open our voices and sound and sing together, and we will feed the soul-led vision we hold for our lives. Folk are welcome to stay on for connection time and cake !
