The 21-Day Reset program combines group Rebirthing Breathwork sessions with daily breathwork, embodiment & mindset practices, with a community for accountability & support as you create new habits

Week 1

This week the focus is on updating updating limiting beliefs and outdated ways of perceiving and being.

You will learn a simple yet profound daily breathwork practice that will empower all the other work you do, keeping you present and connected through the journey ahead.

During this week you will also be supported to use the program in a way that works best for you and your schedule.

HEART

Week 2

This week the focus is on connecting with your heart and opening the way to let go a release anything that is no longer serving you. There are embodiment practices to support you to connect with your heart and bring awareness, movement, and expression to your feelings and emotions.

You will be introduced to a daily breathwork practice that supports ongoing clearing and healing, as well as the work we will do in the live session.

BODY

Week 3

This week the focus is on landing the journey in your your body. Will are specific embodiment exercises that are designed to support you to anchor to your body, and integrate this connection with your heart and mind.

You will also be prepared to take the tools, insights, and practices you’ve learned during this 21-Day Reset program with you and integrate them into your daily life as well as create goals moving forward.

The program is open to a maximum of 12 people at a time and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
