Welcome, my mission is to create spaces for personal and collective healing and transformation. The fundamental premise of my work is that each person embodies a unique ray of light that is theirs to shine into the world, but that often this light is diminished by internal and external fragmentation, overwhelm and trauma.
I work with a variety of modalities, including Rebirthing Breathwork, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Shamanism, Coaching and Mentoring to clear the way for people to align with their light, and amplify it so that it becomes the guiding light of their lives.

Renewal Program

This is a small-group, 6-week online program using breathwork as the primary tool to support nervous system regulation, release, and integration.
Each week includes:
A live, guided breathwork session
Gentle nervous-system regulating practices
Integration guidance to help the work land safely in daily life
The approach is slow, body-led, and trauma-aware, designed especially for sensitive or overloaded nervous systems

Your breath is a powerful bridge between your conscious and unconscious, so how you breathe is often a reflection of how you live. Shallow breathing is all too common in today’s modern lifestyle, and is like holding your breath for short moments many times per day!
Changing how you breathe can relieve stress and anxiety and regulate the nervous system, to name but a few of its benefits.
Breathwork can be used to release the mini breath hold of stress and tension, as well as deep emotions and traumatic experiences that have been held in the breathing mechanism. This can make practices of daily breathwork techniques more effective, as well as freeing yourself from mental, emotional, physical and spiritual patterns that have limited and controlled your life, creating a sense of profound clarity, presence and purpose.
There are many ways to work with the breath, the way I work uses the transformational technique of conscious connected breathing from Rebirthing Breathwork, in a trauma-informed way with an awareness of IFS (Internal Family Systems) at it’s core. I hold space with Shamanic practices, which creates a safe space to work with what comes up to release it and open to the fresh flow of pure life force energy, healing and inspiration.
